Cancellation Policy

• Shop Innovator offers a 30-day cancellation policy on our Accelerator program.
• If you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving, you may stop the contract within 30 days of starting.

Subscriptions

• When you purchase a subscription you'll receive month to month service from Shop Innovator. 
• Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged automatically each month.
• If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it. Please allow for 2 weeks to process your request.
